One of our construction clients has been awarded a place on a local authority framework in Leicestershire, worth £2m per year, following a successful Invitation to Tender (ITT) submission.
The client, based in the local area, will have the opportunity to bid against three other contractors through a mini-competition process, on a range of minor works projects up the the value of £750,000 per job.
Projects available under the framework agreement will include demolition, development or refurbishment of existing properties owned by the council, new-build homes, or a combination of all the above.
We provided bid management and tender writing support to this client, which included successfully supporting them through the PQQ and then leading on the quality submission for the tender.
The contract is due to start in imminently, and we wish the client the best of luck.
Thornton & Lowe works with a range of clients to help them through the tender process.
