By having a more flexible approach to their procurement process, Bristol City Council hope to encourage more SMEs to bid for contracts.
It is great to see Public Sector authorities putting these measures in place to help SMEs. Hopefully this will become the norm across all local authorities, meaning more opportunities for SMEs.
