One of our electrical clients has been awarded a place on a prestigious framework agreement, to provide maintenance services for a Southern County Council, following a successful tender process, which was supported by our in-house team of tender experts.
Our Bid-Management team worked closely with the client to write the submission, which was heavily evidenced with business collateral, to highlight the client's accreditations, as well as their robust approach to health and safety, which is a must in the electrical sector.
The Contracting Authority was also made aware that the client was already working with a range of registered providers, Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs) and local authorities, to provide similar services.
This framework agreement will give the client the opportunity to compete against a small group of preferred suppliers in 'mini-competitions', which, if successful will see the client providing maintenance services to council-owned properties, both commercial and domestic.
Thornton & Lowe works with a range of clients to help them through each stage of the tender process.
