A Bolton-based healthcare client has successfully been appointed onto a domiciliary care framework. This framework awarded initially for a 4 year period will see our client delivering home care and community support to local Service Users in the North West.
Our client’s team of multilingual local carers will collaborate on this framework with other care professionals to provide support for the elderly, physically disabled, those with learning difficulties, dementia and other long term conditions.
The community based support and domiciliary care framework aims to provide greater options for Service Users, tailoring care packages individually. Therefore, our client had to evidence their vast experience in delivering person-centred care that provides both flexibility and choice.
Our team of in-house, bid management professionals delivered on-site support at our client’s North West office. Our team performed an initial gap analysis, formulating a pre-bid strategy and provided Jewel Home Support with comprehensive end to end bid management services.
