An established legal services client has been successfully chosen to provide National Non-Domestic (Business) Rates and Council Tax Debt Recovery Support Services for a North West England local authority. This success is thanks to the support and expertise of Thornton & Lowe’s in-house team of bid writing professionals.
This 2-year contract, with the option to be extended for a further year, will see our client provide specialised support and advice in litigation with regards to debt collection and insolvency. Furthermore, our client’s in-house team will provide unique solutions and improved collection rates where recovery from other routes has failed.
Our client has 16 years’ specialist experience in debt recovery, insolvency and litigation, 6 of which are with the North West England local authority.
Providing debt recovery services is a challenging area, so our client had to evidence their recovery procedures and highlight their customer service standards.
