Interesting reading on a recent BBC article regarding Private Finance Initiative (PFI) reforms following the Government's Autumn statement. By creating a form of coalition between the public and private sectors the whole PFI process should hopefully become much more transparent, more efficient and hopefully more accessible for smaller organisations.
